Ger  Reddin

Ger. has worked at Clonmel Community Resource Centre for 3 years as reception and administrator, during this period he has trained as a facilitator for Rainbows. The Rainbows programme supports children and young people affected by loss because of bereavement, separation or divorce.
From 2016, I divide my time at the centre between my postion as Customer Services Supervisor  and LGBTI Project Health Worker.
 
He says
“I am passionate in working and supporting the LGBTI Community.
I have successfully undertaken a Foundation Course in Sexual Health Promotion facilitated by the HSE.
I am the LGBTI project worker with Clonmel Community Resource Centre.
I have been an active member of LGBTI South Tipperary for many years and have brought an awareness of LGBTI to the Centre.
Supporting LGBTI individuals to access a proper health measures.
Networking and linking with other local and national groups to raise awareness of LGBTI.
 
I have, on behalf of the Centre, hosted and attended Transgender Awareness Training.
I co designed and delivered LGB awareness training to staff of CCRC and in-house clients.
l have also completed Child protection training
I have successfully completed Aims training Access Inclusion Model on Equality Inclusion and diversity.
Supporting LGBTI individuals to access a proper health measures.
Networking and linking with other local and national groups to raise awareness of LGBTI.
